wots for dinner 2nyt????

Last night i did something easy as i was tried so did Pizza and tonight might do Chicken or Roast Beef not sure see how i feel later XXXX

Umer is sick in bed, he cooked mince beef so l had that with two slices of bread. soo tired from work so not fussed at all.x

Decided tonight i am doing Roast Beef as i fancy that tonight with Roast potatoes etc XXXX

2nite is meat ball with a sauce and pasta i think

l meats balls and roast potatoes...yummy!

Not too sure, Umer is in bed. Will ask him in couple of hours, but think l may cook him chicken biryani.

l am a veggy, and l just said to Umer earlier on l think l will start eating lots of veg with my meals. Will go Iceland tomorrow and load up on veg x

Good Idea Shehreen ... It is really helping me keep the weight off I can eat loads of broc cauli and carrots ... as zero points ... sweetcorn and peas are 1 point each for a large tablespoon! x

l remember a few years back l used to be a tight size 16, and when l decided to looe weight l would eat boiled potatoes, carrots and broccoli with fish or chicago town small size pizza. l would normally put the fish in the oven, or either shallow fry it.
Think l will strat going back to that. I was also going to the gym, and l think in 9 months l went from a size 16 to size 12.
Do you grill or shallow fry your fish and how many points is the fish and small chicago town pizza's? x

I grill I know that fish fingers are a point each really low! and the fish depends on the size ... for the pizza you would need to see on the box how much calories per slice and saturate fat and if you give me them details I can look that up for you x

Yep my friend at work who is with weightwatchers told me to always look at the amount of saturated fat and dont let that be high as that has something to do with the points so thats what l have been doing. x
