" longdesc="95" /> then is in her pj's for 7.30 then has a but of play b4 bed at 8pm

we r starting to get one with me being at home. me and emily ( or emily and tom ) have a <img src=

" longdesc="95" /> anytime after 6, then all into jamas, and onto the sofa for a bit of tv and snacks ( with the duvet if matts at work ) then bedtime varies from 7pm to 8.30pm . but they get a warning that when tv finishes its bedtime and they seem to accept it pretty well.xx

but at weekend we give them an extra hour.

Aimee - Toilet, pj's, book bed at between 7 and 8

Kaylee - clean bum, pj's, bottle, bed at about 7pm

Yes totally believe in it unless of course we are on holiday/out for the evening/family around

its then tidy toys and quiet time with milk watching cbeebies or similar till 8pm
Then Russ takes him to bed and he goes straight down lights out

[i][b] HI MY VICKY HAS A ROUTINE OF BATH PJS 20 MIN PLAY WITH DAD THEN STORY THEN ITS BED I DONT STAY IN ROOM ITS STRAIGHT DOWN SHE IS SUCH A GOOD KID AT BED I DO THANK MY LUCKY STARS BUT SHE USUALL GOES TO BED AT ABOUT 7 30 TO 8 JUST LATELY ITS BEEN 7 AS SHE GETTTING REALLY TIRED BUT SHE DOESNT RISE EARLY EITHER I DO THINK IT DEPENDS ON THE PARENTS WHAT SUITS THEM AND THE INDIVIDUAL CHILD BUT I LOVE MY ROUTINE IT WORKS SO WELL FOR ALL OF US X merry christmas

Daniyah has a <img src=

" longdesc="95" /> 9:30pm, we play with her, feed her at 10:pm, by which time she cant keep her eyes open, in the cot we put her radio on, she'll babble and talk to herself fr max 5 mins and then is fast asleep. We have a lamp next to her cot which we leave on, and if Umer is off we both go bed 11pm and in morning if am working l leave the house at 7:30am and she tends to be waking up so Umer is up with her. So glad she sleeps through. Routine is soo important.x

emily has done the last 2 night from 8 till almost 8 in her own bed not waking up at all!!!!!

Its good kuz it also gives us a chance to re chargour batteries lol.
