i just don't think about it, we actually have 2 ( big loans ) as well as the mortgage but we make the payments so i guess its fine.xx

We have no debts, no loans, no overdraft .... I have a CCJ from my previous marriage that I pay 10.00 a month too, I also have a 2 debts outstanding from my old address which was tied to my ex AND even though I have been threatened many a time with letters they all state in them MAY DO THIS/MAY do that SO I ignore them I rip them up and bin them ... According to debts built up by credit cards/over drafts hire purchase the debt normally gets bought out by debt collection agencies! You dont respond no matter what and keep stum for 6 years they get written off . . . . HOWEVER government debts such as overpayment in benefits / council takes they call the bailiffs NEVER run a way from the government lol

I thought that to that it gets written off.But i had one that was 10years old and got made to pay it even though we said to them that after 6 years you cant make us pay for it. in the end we had to pay it.

all i got now loan and morgage

It is 6 years ... We went to Cit Advice and said that cannot make you pay it no matter how many threats unless of course its government stuff ... cannot believe you had to pay it hunny that well bad xx
