Hey Chick how you doing on the diet front?

The first couple of days when I started were the worst, was bloody starving!!

Then after 2 weeks I got into the swing of it and managed to lose 7.4lbs half a bleeding stone lol

I must say then I found it hard because it was like yippee lost it so I don't have to be too strict and now I am shitting myself for Wednesday Weigh In day on the 2nd

You make me laugh x. Was meant to go out today and was planning on stocking up on veg, but couldnt be asked. Looks cold outside, and then it takes time to get ready so l put it of and now will go Tuesday when l finish work. x

Had a very quiet day!! I know what you mean about getting ready to go out ... I cant be arsed either in the winter lol ... did housework/ russ came home at 2.30 then we all cuddled and fell asleep on the sofa!! Betty at her dads xx

aww sweet. umers bak at work but luks like his cold is bak. i did say to him not to go work till next week but he didnt agree n now he's in bed n starts work at 11pm.
