Hello I am doing Weight Watchers! I am not actually going to any clubs as I have a friend who attends and she luckily gave me a food points book and worked out how many points I need to do daily. I then discovered a FAB facebook application called Weight Watchers Tracker where I can list all my foods and keep an eye on my daily points intake.
This has saved me heaps of money!
My starting weight was 11st 10.4lbs and my BMI was 27.7 this was taken 3 November
I have since lost 7.4lbs
My goal is 9.5 stone or around that mark and I am to be a dress size 12/14
Plus I hope to drop a couple of bra sizes as I started at 40DD not good! and a dress size tight 16
