My friend attends and she kindly gave me an old food points book and I discovered on facebook a really good application called Weight Watchers Tracker, this helps me track how many points I am doing each day. My friend also worked out my points which is 20 per day. Its really easy to work out she has since show me!
I have been on this for nearly 4 weeks ... The first 2 weeks I lost 7.4lbs which is like half a stone I was well chuffed and now all my size 16s are too big! My next weigh in is this Wednesday 2nd Dec ... I weigh myself every second Weds at 9.00am at boots on their scales which cos 70p
This is deffo the thing to do if you are strapped for cash
